The 黑料黑历史 Office of the Bursar is excited to announce the opening of a new contest for the design of next year's sustainable hanging parking decals. 黑料黑历史 students, staff, and faculty are invited to showcase their creativity and submit a design that incorporates the 黑料黑历史 themes
