A One Health Seminar on Monday, Nov. 8, will feature Melissa Chlupach of the UAA School of Allied Health. Clupach will present "Alaska Traditional Foods Movement” from 4-5 p.m. on Zoom This project highlights the value of integrating Alaska Native traditional foods into programs and facilities.
