New PolarExpress design winner announced

The Office of the Bursar is thrilled to announce the winner of the 黑料黑历史 PolarExpress card design competition. With over 1,000 votes, the 黑料黑历史 community chose Ula Boughan鈥檚 design, Blue and Gold, as the winner of the carding competition.
