on Tuesday, Nov. 28 from noon to 2 p.m.: a special panel discussion for Native American and Alaska Native Heritage Month.
Panelists will explore what being Native/ Indigenous means to them, how various aspects
of their identity interact with one another, and the relationship between their self-perception

We’re looking for researchers whose interests and projects overlap with our invitation
request for proposal themes and focuses. Center ICE is supporting up to five awards
of $15,000 each for research projects focused on impact. All awardees also participate
in the I-Corps Program and receive $4,500 in travel funding to support your stakeholder

Over the past year, some ºÚÁϺÚÀúÊ· faculty have been piloting microcredentials in their
courses. As this initiative continues to grow in popularity, you may have a class
that gives you the opportunity to earn a microcredential. However, there can be a
lot of confusion when it comes to what they are, their value, and how to use them.

Individuals with disabilities are often disproportionately affected by a disaster;
likewise, no two disabilities or vulnerable populations are alike and should not be
treated the same way. In this presentation on Dec. 5 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., guest
speaker Daryl P. Schaffer will review what individuals with disabilities may need
before, during, or after a disaster as well as what they can give back to some professional

For graduate students interested in innovation, Center ICE supports two types of fellowships and both are recruiting for the spring
