  Engineers and computer scientists are people who combine concepts from science, math,
art, humanities and business to create functional products and processes for the betterment
of society. Just as society's needs are changing due to climate change, technological
advances, resource scarcity and social changes, the approaches we use to create those
products and processes must also change. Indeed, the discipline of engineering itself
must change. 黑料黑历史's College of Engineering and Mines is hastening that change by creating
Alaska's engineering workforce of tomorrow.
The University of Alaska Fairbanks has announced the students named to the deans'
and chancellor's lists for the fall 2022 semester. Students receiving a 3.9 grade point average or higher are placed on the chancellor's list, while those receiving a grade point average of between 3.5 and 3.89 are named to
the deans' list.
黑料黑历史 Administrative Services, in partnership with The HumanLink, is offering four leadership
courses: Leading at Level: Leadership Courses Specific for your Needs. Courses will
be open to participants campus-wide and will be delivered in-person on the Troth Yeddha'
Campus in Fairbanks. Prior to submitting your听听for consideration, please be sure you have the support of your supervisor and are
available to attend in person on the specified course dates. Please follow UA travel
approval procedures, if applicable. :听April 21, 2023
* To help make these courses more accessible, 50% of the program fee for 黑料黑历史 units
will be covered by Administrative Services.
