decisions to keep the university running by serving our academic, service, and research
mission, even in the most difficult of circumstances. Continuous improvement is part
of our culture, and the opportunities emerging from this work ethic are opening new

education major Jia Jia Maas at 4 p.m. March 20 in the Davis Concert Hall.
